Ingredients


1) Basil leaves (2 cups)

1) Basil leaves (2 cups)

2) 6 to 8 walnuts/ 6 to 8 almonds/ 6 to 8 cashewnuts/ 6 to 8 pinenuts

3) 2 to 3 cloves of garlic

4) Salt

5) Lemon juice (1/2 tsp) 6) 2 teaspoons of olive oil


Recipe


Blend all the above mentioned ingredients (except olive oil) in a blender. Pour out the mix in a bowl and drizzle the olive oil over it. Your yummy pesto is ready to be used. You can freeze the pesto and store it for later use.
