Other than Homeopathy, Dr. Bhawisha is a strong fitness freak. She gyms 6 days a week with her trainer. When not gymming she swims, dances regularly. All of this despite her busy clinic & teaching schedule. She believes that food is not just about healthy eating but its something that one should enjoy & look forward to everyday. Being a vegan, she incorporates lots of healthy innovative recipes. Every meal at the Joshis' home is a pleasure to have.

Having had two decades of experience in handling and juggling between her super-tight schedules at work and her passion for dance and exercise she offers consultation and advice on the same to all her clients and patients through her own examples.
